Hi HR Friends,
We want promote an employee from Sr. Executive -admin. to next level what designation to be given, but not the Asst. Manager - admin. Is there any designation between Sr.Exe & A.M - please suggest.

Hi Sasi,
Coordinator - Admin or Senior Coordinator - Admin can be given. But these kind of designations will be avilable in an organisaion if the departments and operational load is much.

Asst. Supervisor, Supervisor, Senior Supervisor can be used if you do not Managerial position

It’s depend upon your Organizattional Structure or Hierarchy..but may be you opt Junior Manger or Dy.Manager.... Regards, Madhur Jain

i agree to Mr.Madhur....
You may designate him as Jr Manager... but in general Industry Designation Hierarchy
is Jr Officer- Officer- Sr Officer- Executive- Sr Executive- Asst Manager- Dy Manager - Manager- Sr Manager.
In some organizations--- Jr Manager will be there before Dy Manager
