1. catagorization of empployees such as newly joined in the company, 1 to 2 yrs exp with the company, and 3 to 4 yrs experienced in the company etc. Benefits will be varied as per the level for example more experienced employees with the company will have more benefits .
2. How can implement an indemnity for various experience level such as 1 + yrs, 2+ yrs etc.
