I have send a mail to my employees stating the we have increased the sum insurance as well trainees will also be added. Please find my draft reagarding the same. Kindly let me know whether i have to add anything else
"Dear Colleagues
We are very happy to inform that we have increased the Mediclaim sum insured from Rs.1,50,000 to Rs.3,00,000, also henceforth the trainees will also be covered under the Mediclaim policy.
Hope you appreciate our efforts!"

Is there any extra cost to be borne by the Employees; please mention so that employee will get more clear picture.

You may want to add the highlights of the insurance policy, how is it any different from the retail policies in the market, what is the process to take a claim. And in the last line, perhaps, you may want to modify it to: We appreciate your health concerns and this enhanced benefits will go a long way to ensure that you / your families are insulated from the high costs of treatment.
