Dear all,
I am working as an operations executive in an edible oil company having 4 mfg unit in india. I am working here since last 4 months as an operations executive after (job rotation) and prior to this worked 9 months as executive HR in the same company.
I wants to know the ideal role, responisbilities, job profile a Executive enjoys. Because i am not actually enjoying whatever i am doing. Seems that my future is in dark.
Please suggest....

Dear Khem,

An opportunity never guides to a bright or dark future. It's YOU how you use it and experience it.

As you mentioned, you were associated with HR role earlier and now stepped into Operations... which shows lack of guidance towards your career goal.

First, you should decide what's your goal in your career life. Per say, you want to continue in HR, then you should focus in that role/job towards the field you are into.

You can't achieve goals after every 9 or 4 months by changing the experience... It's not about enjoying the current role, it's all about understanding the current job and use the opportunity as a ladder for a big opportunity in the same field in the near future.

Every company has already set the roles and responsibilities for each designation that they employed, all you have to do is justify your role with your performance and by enhancing your subject experience.

I would also recommend you to work on communication which changes the personality as well...
