Hi,
I am working in a pvt bank, i have given a written complaint against my supervisor.HR has taken feedback from my collegues.It was a negative feedback against my boss. He is not shouting but trying to put me in trouble by changing my job profile giving me targets and made me a telecaller without any office order.While i have not recieved any revert from HR its only they have enquired i am waiting for the same.Now can i again write them regarding the issue i am facing in the branch.

Most of the good org have whistle blower policy which protect the person who had raise the concern...If you had raised the written complaint to HR they will do needful based on the facts and action will depend upon charges if proved. All process might take time....but you can check with HR also....if no revert in reasonable time then you have to adjust with RM or look for the change.............

Your posting is not very clear on what exactly is your job role & what exactly is your concern/complaint about.
You just mentioned that it was changed by your boss.
But giving targets or making you a telecaller IS NOT, per se, wrong or bad. It all depends on the situation.
Maybe your HR also didn't see much merit in your complaint & hence not really serious in replying to you?
Pl give the details CLEARLY & the members of this Forum can respond appropriately.

My HR has personally visited the branch and taken feedback of every staff member.Staff memeber has said that my boss uses personal remarks and shoutrs at every one.He forces us to sit late.Now as far as targets are concerned i have been given the profile of RM where i cannot meet customers or walk-ins in the branch.I am into operations and RM is a different segment.He has not allotet this designation officially.But just to teach me a lesson or to humilate me.My HR is in process of the enquiry.
I just want to know can i report this unofficial way and demand for transfer while the Enquiry is on.As i have only been asking for transfer since long.I know he would keep harrassing me every now and then.But HR is saying relocating for 3 Months is not possible(as i am on my family way)
