HI RAMESH,
First u get medical certificate for not ability to working.
then u send it to your company and ESI office.
the company will be given releaving certificate automatically.
if the company doesn't given releaving certificate,u consulting a lawyer.
after receiving your releiving certificate u got your pf amount easily.
After releving 2 months u apply the PF settlement..
the graduity will be given automatically by your company.

Dear Ramesh
Once you have to sign an agreement with a company means you have to abide with the agreement. What is the reason you have mentioned in your resignation letter.
Please give full details.
Once they have not accepted your resignation how can you demand your relieving certificate. There must be some logic in your demands.
As you have not completed 5 years of service you will not get your Gratuity. Your PF can be claimed after submission of Form 10 from your employer. They will submit the Form 10 only after accepting your resignation.
Hope I have clarified your querry.

Dear Ramesh
When you have left the organisation?
If you left before Apr 2011 means you can submit your PF Claim directly to the concerned PF Office in Form 10C and Form 19 alongwith First Page of Bank Pass Book or cancelled Cheque leaf, Your Latest Pay Slip in which your PF Number and PF Deduction details available, and previous year PF Slip issued by the PF Commissionerate.
The PF Office will get the Form 10 from your previous employer.
The Forms should be attested from the Nationalised Bank before submission.

Dear Ramkishore
The Forms 10C and 19 can be attested by any Nationalised Bank Manager and directly submitted to concerned PF Office (If not it can be submitted to any nearest PF Office and the office will further forward the same to the concerned PF Office). The PF Office will further confirm his date of relieving/Last date of working, PF Recovery details in the current financial year, and on receipt of the details it will start processing the claim and remit the amount in concerned Bank Account.
