pls clear me if an employee working in the same organisation for ten or more years, can he get the pf amount as an lump sum (if he relieves from the organisation at the 11th year) or it'll go into pension fund???

Shiva, If the employee want to withdraw the PF accumulated on his relieving, he can get it. But the EPS portion will not be paid and he can avail pension benefits after he reaches 58 yrs. Pon

In Form 10C Please refer Column No. 8 (Page 2 of claim) there will be a question Are you willing to accept scheme certificate in lieu of Withdrawal Benefits? If you tick the Yes Box you will get the certificate and If you tick the NO Box then you will get the accumulated amount in Pension Fund in your account.
It is upto the individual to decide whether to opt for certificate or to withdraw the amount.
Note : Never Forget to mention your Mobile No on the top of the Form 10C and Form 19. If you mention your Mobile No, the EPFO Authorities will send the SMS to your mobile on deposit of amount in your account.
