was surprised to know when a friend told me that an employee's salary is distributed for the entire month. Example an employee's salary is Rs.15,000pm then in the month of May his per day salary will be divided by 31 days =Rs.483/pm, but in April it will be divided by 30 days =Rs.500/-pm

For example in the month of May an employee is on leave for one day and there is no any single paid up leave. So how much u will pay him in May. =15000*30/31 is correct
