According section 9 of the M B Act,1961, she is entitled to have leave with wages at the rate of Maternity benefit for a period of six weeks immediately following the day of her medical termination of pregnancy.

note that any forceful abortions without the consent of women which comes under IPC, are not eligible for benefits under MB act. pon

NO, here IPC doesn't applicable. I am agree with Archana.
In addition to that, The abortion should be advised by Doctor (M.D.) of respective Medical ground. Then only section 9 of the M B Act,1961 would be applicable.
