Dear All,
Joining letter means, A letter from the applicant indicating his wiliness to accept the job is offered by an employer. It may include an acknowledgement of having appointment letter also. Even if you have accepted a job over the phone, it’s a good idea to write a job acceptance letter to confirm the details of employment and to formally accept the job offer.

Dear All,
Joining letter or offer letter is the offer of the employer to person who has successful completed the all recruitment process and is selected for job in the organisation. In the joining letter, date, time venue of joining, term and condition, salary description (CTC) of selected position is mention in detail. While joining the position in such organization this joining letter is handing over to the employer (Recruiter), which shows the acceptation of job in such term & condition.
