I have attached a copy of what is called the Ah Ha! Sheet. Its an extremely simple yet effective tool for any training session.
How it works is you hand out a copy to each participant and ask them to jot down any pointers/learning that is news to them.. At the end of your session you can do a quick round up of all the Ah Ha moments in class.. :-)
It acts as a good session review and also reiterates the take-away of the session to the participants..
