Hi,
If the duration is short then we send it on business visa but as of now we have send anyone on employement visa. But in near future we are sending it for 1 year or more.
I am finalising the things/process which we need to take care if we have to send it someone on a urgent basis.

Sending you the standard terms and conditions for international assinment this is only on employment visa. Kindly check the attachment.
On business visa means they are on business tour and the cost company will look after the housing and repatriation if necessary. They will take the full responsibility during the stay at host country.
