Dear Seniors,
we are a mid sized company located in Bangalore. We depute our engineers to clients place for installation work within india as well as abroad. Company takes care of employees accomodation, travelling and food expenses. Along with this we also pay daily onsite allowance.
Please suggest me what is the daily onsite allowance to be paid for engineers
1. who are deputed to clients place within India
2. who are deputed to clients place abroad for shorter duration (On Business Visa)
Please provide the approximate figure, as i am in the process of designing onsite policy.

As already you are paying Accomodation, Travel and Food expences there may be little amount of other expences.
Those daily allowance varies from company to company and nature of the business too and depeneds on the management.
It is better to take advice from your management.
Any how you can keep in mind as you can consider of Rs. 100/- to 150/- for the employees in india and no Idea about the personl deployed in abroad
