the guy who took the interview was not h.r at all.. he was the production manager. this firm deals with software development. guys ABUSE means only ABUSE. i don't think it is appropriate to write here the famous F-words related to mom or sis.. then he told he will beat him with his shoes... this had happend...
hi all,
it doesn't happen usually but still i it happened... a friend of mine went for the interview... for some software development post... he was being abused during the interview... so considering the above true... i want to know what action can be taken against the concerned h.r?? shall we contact the regional labor commissioner for this issue??

Hello Sandeep,
Suggest give the facts of the case/situation rather than a judgemental view of the whole thing. You can then expect more accurate & relevant opinions from the members.
A case in point is: you used the word 'abused'. That's the way you look at it; maybe not others or maybe they will too--but leave it to the others to arrive at any conclusions. And unless you give full details of WHAT HAPPENED, it's tough for anyone to give you the right feedback.

Dear Sandeep,
Pls make it more precise & provide complete details
Do you want to take action against the HR or the people who interviewed
I am sure the person who had attended, should have had some respect to himself .
Why he waited, listened to all the words used by the persons
He could have reverted back, given them back.
Nobody is inferior.,
Both the company & the employee will be benefited by this hire,
For a Job, we no need to loose our self respect
I think is too late now..
At Certain times, instant actions are very much required, than delayed thought process
Whether the HR Person is aware or not is also a question

Hi,
I request every friend of Cite-HR to give a detailed description of the situation that you seek to discuss and get it re-solved. Only then it becomes easier for other members to provide their thoughts and suggestions on the same.
