Hi Dear,
Employee grievances in the organization, may be big or small.
see every human has their own entity, they think differently and accordingly act. therefore we should emphasis on his or her problem and know what problem exactly have they faced?
There is a simple and basic tool to know how has the problem basically he or she faced. you need a long session of counselling with them, ask open question, to be strait, Be good listener , create open environment, make them feel as HOME, find the solution from them do not impose your decision, better to create alternative decision Like (A) Good (B) Also Good. give them time to think about their decisions, after few minutes again ask which one is good (A) or (B). once the decision has come from them ,Now this is the right time to solve their grievances.
And also between the counsellings process say Jokes, Stories, and etc.
