please help me !!!
I resigned from my co. before last 3 months back. But reporting manager is not ready to accept resignation & company is not ready to give me my reliving & experience later. I discussed it with companies HR head & everyone regarding this issue. Nobody gave me even a reply on mail so that matter goes to company director but even he is not doing anything. Lack of laters I missed 3 wellknown opportunities even after getting offer later from them & i dont want to create faik certificate which can create problems to me in future can I take any legal action against them?
What to do?

hi addy_123
Really its very sad to hear that you havent recieved your Rel & Exp letter, First of all tell me whether you have served your Notice period & you have completed all your assigned tasks???? So that I can tell you some ideas how to get the letters from your employer....

Hi Abarna Ramesh,
Actually my reporting manager is told me to resign he told otherwise they will terminate me without any reason. In fact I caught in one accident after 3 days Dr. told me to take rest more then 1 month so I submitted resume on the spot and submitted all documents (x-ray report, medical certificate, prescription) and even I physically (face to face)show them problem. Even this also I discussed on mail with my HR head but as now I am not the part of that company they all came together & company is also big so they are not interested with employs future so many employs of that same co. facing same problem. exp:-1 engg on our site work for them more then 4.5 years he is also suffering from same issue.

Better once again you talk to the management once again & try to get the letters formaly, bcoz there will be Employment verification once you in a New Co., so try to convince them & get the letters. Nothing in the world cannot be solved by talking... Just explain the management abt your future & ask them to consider.....
or else if it doesnt work, just explain the new co., about the real fact & match your Exp with the Offer letter & latest Pay slips.... Try any of these!!! But use the second alternative atlast...... once you cannot succeed with the first option....
All the best for your Future!!!!!

Absolutely right abarna Ramesh, I tried first option because I know the importance of it but even after lots of convey them they are not ready to talk at least on phone whenever I tried to call them they discard my phone even on another phone line also I tried.
I really thankful to you cause your second opinion is best for me cause I have all the other document like offer later, pay slips, form 16, appointment later but when I discussed with one co. who offers me ( for new job.) they told me this is not enough to fulfill our co. criteria & they reject me. Even after got offer later because this co. is reputed if necessary I can give you co. name & ready to show you offer later and mail which mention the reason to reject me. what to do in this condition please update me I really need job.
I know this situation is difficult but I have to escape from it...

Better once again talk to your old co., like you ll pay the amount ie., for compensating the notice period...if it also doesnt work, just explain your situation to your current Employer.....

Hi Abarna Ramesh I already paid the amount which is compensating the notice period submitted ID cards from my site I completed every formalities. Some reputed co. exp:- IBM are not accept this situation and not ready to keep me on job. Anyway As per me this is really bad thing just because I cant do anything against them they are misusing there authorities. Any legal Procedure against them so that they will never do it with anybody again and nobody face this kind of problem in that company like me in future.
