Dear Friends

Yesterday onwards there is some talks going on in everyone's mind.

some members thread has completely deleted and some are complaining about their No of replies/threads/comments are gone down.

What is the reason? Can anyone analyse the same.

We came to know by reading a reply by one member Roshni that all the vernacular language threads and comments have been removed by the Administrators of CiteHR.

Whatever the Administrators are telling that is 100% correct.
It is not a good culture to discuss in our mother tongue while other language members are present in the forum.

If you want to quote something in your language then you have the moral responsibility to explain the same in Common Language of this Forum, lest it will create the feeling in the minds of other forum members that you are suppressing them or avoiding them.

Here you are having fun only in the HR HumouR section. I too Agree.....................

But it should be understood by all the members. I think you can understand the feelings of the Administrators too.

We are discussing everything in very high level in all the topics but we cannot have the basic courtesy in discuss the same in a common language means our high level effective discussions will become waste and of no use.

Please try to understand HRites.

Please mend yourself and avoid the sentimental feelings friends. Raise your level upto international standards and come out of your village, district, state, area, country and reach upto universal level friends. Think positive and take it as challange to raise yourselves upto the mark.

All the best and keep on sharing your valuable thoughts, knowledge and views/comments as usual in common language.

With warm regards

Dear Dinesh

Whenever you are in India you can tell that yours is common language (except Tamil Nadu, West Bengal etc), Whenever you are in your state then your language is the common language. Whenever you are planning to raise yourself upto the international Level obviously you must acquaint yourself with the common language. We are not telling the language for India, We are discussing for the entire world.

If a Russian in his country he can do all the conversation in Russian Language and they are technically rich in their language. But whenever they are coming to the world market obviously they are submitting their literature only in English. As a matter of fact that country is not at all required to use English as all the Russians are having the literacy in Russian language. But If you want to contact me, you have to take the help of English only as I don't know Hindi and You cannot understand Tamil.

So Think Mr. Dinesh before passing some resolutions in favour of or against any issues.

All the best Mr. Dinesh Sharma

Bhaskar,
I had mentioned after reading the posts.. uploaded by other members about deleting the previous post in Hindi.
Dinesh,
If 40% Indians dont know Hindi, they wont log on to English forum.
And I am sure, the members of Citehr.com are well educated and can reply or react in English ..which is a Universal language...
Dont blame me for anything..

Hope my Version is very much clear in this Aspect Mr. Vijay Bhardwaj.
Here I would like to explain that this forum is being used by entire world HR people. So one must raise themselves upto the standard.
There are three things which can be compared with human lives
First - Honey Bee - It lives in Good place, eats and gives us Honey
Second - Fly - It lives in all the place in good as well as in bad places it sits on good sweet, fruit, food and even in shit and in gutter.
Third - Worm - It took birth in Drainage/gutter, Lives in Drainage and dies in Drainage.
Here in this forum we are expecting that we must be upto the standard of Honey bee and not in other forms.
One thing we must remember that our Humour should not harm or hurt others feelings.
Wishing you a Happy and pleasant Stay in Cite HR Forum Friend

Dear Bhaskar,
It's a forum to discuss our thoughts, ideas, feelings, experiences, problems, solutions, situations, etc......
All the above and more can be explained in English, but at times providing solutions, suggestions, queries, thoughts, etc ... we try to put in hindi, so that the exact meaning can be explained. It doesn't mean that we cannot do it in english, but that hindi or desi touch is required from time to time to get detailed analysis.
So, don't be so rude against hindi or any other language.

Please use a language which all can understand. If you want to post a message in any language other than in English, then kindly give a translation in English too.
For the benefit those who like to communicate in Hindi, I will try and translate the above request in Hindi as I can.
Krupakarke CiteHr main angrezi zaban me likhiye, kyonki yeh international forum hai. Aaap Hindi ya aur kisi zabaan me likhna chahte tau us message ko angrezi zaban me be bataayiye, aap kya likah hai Hindi ya kisi aur zaban me.

Dear Mr ceo_sanju
Here we are not telling you that you should not express your feeling or communication in Hindi. If you explain the same in Hindi please translate the same in English and If you cannot make it complete translation of the same at least give some idea as far as possible, which can make the others to understand the communication.
Here why unnecessarily we are inserting the language or regional or communal feelings to the forum.
You can see the same in the very first itself as below
If you want to quote something in your language then you have the moral responsibility to explain the same in Common Language of this Forum,

Can someone confirm that the official language to be used in this forum is ENGLISH, is it mentioned in the terms and condition of the forum, if yes, please send me the path, so that i can update myself and proceed as per the norms of the forum. If not then, then y all this misunderstanding has being created.
