Dear Ms. Bandna Rani,
Please do consider my suggestions on top priority basis as you are about to pursue you career in the MEDICAL DOMAIN. You will come across problems in HOSPITAL INDUSTRY and there are many factors associated with it.

1) Every job in this world is a challenging assignment but working with MEDICOS is the most toughest job because of THE MEDICO ATTITUDE, which i had experienced in my life.
2) Please streamline RECRUITMENT PROCESS because it is very difficult to identify the HIDDEN TALENT IN A MEDICO unless one is passionate in his domain. Dont end up in HIRING A MEDICO who cant do anything except KILLING HIS TIME.
3) Ensure, you finalize PAY BENEFITS at the time of interview itself without keeping anything pending and avoid GIVING COMMITMENT OR ASSURANCE. PAYMENT should be in par with PERFORMANCE.
4) Please ensure that these categories NURSE, WARD BOYS, technicians & OTHER STAFF deliver their best and will not involve in any other activity that can create troubles and hinder HOSPITAL OPERATIONS.
5) Try to sort out issues by applying LOGIC and your decision should be UNBIASED
6) Maintain good relationship with every one. Help everyone to grow honestly.

Everywhere you will find EVIL and ANGELS. Please give preference to ANGELS and eliminate DEVILS without second thought so that you will create a HEAVEN ON EARTH.

Have a nice future.

With profound regards

Dear Badna Rani,
It depends on us to see the glass half filled or half empty, so go ahead with the coming opportunities (opportunities never wait for anyone).
Evry thing (tangible or intable) has boon and curse, we have to tackle it positively and make it boon.
One of my friend (female) had worked with hospital in pune as an HR and gained tons of experience as well as faced lots of problems (union problem, blue colour worker problem, new policies problem etc). If you need any guidance from us than let me know on personal message so I will give u our contact number and u can speak to her.
You have deal it tactfully and make your way easier.
Dont worry be happy, be brave and grab the good opportunity.
