I am working for a manufacturign Company. I have joined this very recenly one year back. One of the employee has been appointed as workemen under date of birth of 1957 year. When we referred to his PAN card recently we came to know that his date of birth is in the year 1952.
As such now we came to know that he has submitted false information while joining the comopany. Now we have issud him show cause and he could not reply.
Can we terminate his sevices immediately for supplying us false information while joining,. He was to retire in October 2010.
Kindly advice.
