Hi, I’m Saddy Can Anybody tell me about the monthly basis salary Suppose For the month of Feb If a Paerson absent 1 day his salary will deduct according to 27 days or 29 days or 30 days

Formula for Per day calculation is = Salary / No of Days in a month *No. Days of present
The salary calculation is always on the number of days in a month to the total number of days worked. Hence for Feb , it would be 28 days and the employee would be paid for 27 days , as a day would be deducted for absenteeism as noted by you
