Minimum How Many Months An Employee Has To Work For Claiming PF?


I have worked for an organisation for 75 days. From my salary they used to cut my PF. After 3 months i have applied for claiming my PF in that organisation, but they are saying that for claiming PF i have to work for atleast 6 months with an organisation. Is it true? Is there any rules and regulations for claiming PF.

yes, that true, you have to be asociated with the organisation for minimum of 6 months for you to claim the PF
