Seniors,
I am working in a manufacturing company (Staff of 40 employees)... We celebrate birthdays in month end by gifts distribution and having a small party in office.
But now its becoming monotonous, I am thinking to add some motivational, team building games ....
So, seniors please suggest what games we can play or some more interesting ideas ........
Regards,
Priyanka

hi priyanka,
if u want to make it more joyous then start distributing birthday letters signed by company head on company's letter head with a packet of sweets/chocolates that he can carry back home and share with his family. Also, you can call family of employee at celebrations of monthly birthday party. Can arrange a photograph of the employee on a stylish photoframe on his birthday as a gift to him. Also, few very small but entertaining games are attached for your reference.
