Dear All, I need the details whether private sector employees can avail the maternity leave period for 6 month, same as government employees. if not, when it’s going to come into act.

In private sectors, it depends upon the HR policies of that firm. Many of The private sector companies do have the same 6 months maternity leave, but there is no such condition to be applicable to all firms.
