I am looking for a HR system for a mid sized company (around 2500 employees). Any input on comparative assessment on these packages would be helpful.

Hi,
First of all let me tell you, this is a very crucial decision. RAMCO will not give you much. You have to decide either SAP B-! or Oracle. In my view I will prefer SAP as this is very flexible in nature and also having lot of scope for expansion. SAP Business One is a small package. In this you are having less facilities. I am heading HR in one of the software company in Noida. If you have any queries in this aspect please feel free to ask me after 7th Jul 07 as I am in Hyderabad for some assignment. You can reach me at 09871295325.
