I wanted to know the HR relaed Labour Laws. All divsions i.e. Personnel, Payroll & Recruitment.
Also please suggest me some good bookks on the same. I have of H.L. Kumar & S.D. Puri's books. But if you have some more names of the books and the author's names then kindly suggest.

1. Working Condition.
2. Industrial Relations.
3. Social Security Measures.
4. Wages & Salary Administration.
5. Miscellaneous.
1. Under Working Condition there are laws like:
a) Factories Act, 1948.
b) Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970.
c) Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act, 1979.
d) Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Condition of Service) Act, 1996.
e) Etc.
2. Under Industrial Relations there are laws like:
a) Industrial Dispute Act, 1947.
b) Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946.
c) Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985.
d) Etc.
3. Under Social Security Measures there are laws like:
a) Employee’s Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provision Act, 1952
b) Employee’s State Insurance Act, 1948.
