Dear Friends,
As all of us are aware that, most of the IT companies have increased the NOTICE PERIOD to 90 Days from 30 & 60 days... Sourcing a right talent and getting him/her on board within the deadline has become a biggest task for Recruitment professionals! In a scenario of this kind, why not we all be together and help each other by sharing the name of the companies with 30 or 45 days notice period... so that, we can target such companies for immediate positions.
