Can someone suggest me whats the HR structure in an org, which has a strength of about 90 employees..(growing comp)
Iam planning to recommend a helping hand for me, as iam the only HR, and one accounts person.. your inputs wud sure help me get a support..

I am too waiting for the seniors for the reply anyways someone has given the hierarchy level in an HR which is as follows
1. Trainee HR (Fresher)
2. Executive HR (1 Yr. Exp.)
3. Sr. Executive HR (2 Yr. Exp.)
4. Asst manager HR
5. Deputy Manager HR
6. Manager HR
and so on to the level of General Manager HR.
But it totally depends on personal performance how fast one reach to the next position..

The hirerachy you have shown here is absolutely correct ...Well in these friled you can later bifercatethem into department with the same hirerachy ..like same lelevs in comp& benfit dept ..samelevesl in employees relations , recrutiemtn ....same ways to all different streams of HR.
