I ( tv, price) paid for CS29Z40 SUMSUNG TV, dealer has send me VBF29SDJ-CFM VIEDEOCON .if I enquire about it he give me offer which was for diwali festival offer airtel disc connection and dvd player to keep the same tv set, why people cheat me I like some thing but send to me other , done by ajay electronic pathankot, I have every thing all appl at home, my son broke previous tv set.my fri was bad day for me.pl tell me where I have to to rectify it, in spite to speak to him –no result dalwinder

The redressal of your problem lies in the Consumer Court, for which you need to have the required documents to prove your case.
These days children break a lot of things, because there are lots of gadgets lying around in the house. My son also does the same. When we were children, there were only a few such things at home, like - a radio. Let children play with things and satisfy their curiosity. It will help them understand and use technology better.
