EPF Coverage Clarification - 25 employees in concern

In concern 25 employees are working, out of which 10 persons are drawing salary above 15000. the remaining 15 persons drawing below 15000.
i want to know whether this company is coverable under epf?

yes. EPF act applicable to your organisation, since number of employees are more than 20 employees. Best Regards Praveen Bhosale

Yes , as per act 20 or more employees are sufficient for the coverage of establishment. Even if cover able employees are less than 20.

PF contribution - employer needs to contribute 12 from employees end. So i want to know is this amount part of employees CTC?
