I'm looking for Recruitment questions/questionnaire to be interviewing HR firms from other companies, wanting to know what are the innovative techniques used in terms of Recruitment and how they are different from other companies?
This is for a survey/research purpose, I tried searching for questions, but all I could find were questions for job seekers and not for Employers?
My research subject was to interview or send questions to social networks websites and their HR deparments, how can I do this? any suggestions?
Really need help urgently!
