Divide the crowd in two groups- Group1 and Group 2. Go to the individual group and ask them to write 10 questions with starts with "Why" and ask them to write 10 statements which starts with "Because". Once the groups with the statements, read the 1st why querstion of Group1 and the Because answer of group2 and so on... Dear Diyamondal,

Good to see that you have received many suggestions! But I've a doubt here - going by the ideas posted by few fellow members - the awards might dampen the spirit and the objective (i.e of having fun). You can never be sure how the other person will respond to it! Things which are fun for us might hurt the other. Also, these kind of awards are just based on perception- e.g. it might be your perception that this individual is always on phone (how are you going to quantify it? won't the person get offended)..You need real carefree kind of employees to enjoy this. According to me, even if this works ; it might work with young employees not older ones or senior ones.I would recommend to give away such awards only when you have complete understanding of the mindset of all employees.

Rather choose activities which are recreational / fun filled like having days like Red day etc based on colours or appreciation week or decorating one's cubicle from least used items etc.You can find many more ideas on this site itself.

I think it should be a little more wacky.Employees should be asked to do some crazy things like :fancy dress competition with funny and wacky costumes , lot more things .......2.Mask making competion-ask to create funny maskes.3.Sense humour competation-employees who make the other employees laugh the most .4.also you play some comedy movies ,for the employee entertainment.5.Last but not the least mimicry competition-imitating the fav comedidians. Also name award show little more wacky .....like HAHA ----AWARDS
