Job descriptions are developed from task list, including the responsibilities, a short view on the information and work flow, reporting and requirement including educational and professional qualification and other incumbents of the role. For better industry fit, draw a parallel to the similar role in the industry, follow the guidelines and the terminologies. There would be few tasks which would always be different. Please do include them. The job description that you write would require a redefinition at every interval.
