You cannot prepare Form No. 12A unless and until you have not calculated the Challan for that month,
Form 12A, also includes No of New Joinees and left employees no.
Current FOrm 12A should be submitted with the last month challan copy.

There is one software which can do all the Pf works which includes not just form 12A but also prepares Form 3A, Form 6A, Challan, Reconlilation, Contribution Register, Form 5, Form 10 in a minutes using wages of employees. This all other reports / forms are essential along with form 12A.
