If the employee left the organization after the 25th of August, you must prepare the salary. After salary preparation for the month of August, you will submit 12A in the month on or before September 15. Then, you will submit Form No. 10 (which informs the PF office when an employee leaves) on or before the 25th of September. If the employee left the organization before the 25th of August, you should submit Form No. 10 on or before the 25th of August and Form No. 12A submitted on or before September 15.
