Since you are interested in communication strategies, you chose an industry with the highest attrition rate. Research the communication strategies used in the top companies of that industry. An elaborate study on this may lead you to new ideas for generating a new framework.

- Performance Appraisal
- Culture of an organization
- HR Processes
- Procedures followed in the HR dept
- Training and Development
- HR strategies
and the list goes on...
By doing this, you will be well updated with that segment and also learn the market trends. This will be essential for your future as well.

I was just curious if there is any other related literature I should be aware of before starting this project. Also, will there be any help to provide a live experience of conducting an HR audit in an organization?
I am quite new to the concept and hence a little apprehensive of my ability to do a successful project, and hence want to be prepared as much as possible before starting. Thanks a lot!
