urgent help need.
I have one query related to notice pay. That is if any person submitted his resignation with the notice of one month or some days and in the condition company doesn't want to allow the person to continue to work and wants to relieve immediately that condition we have to pay salary and also adjust the notice pay or only we have to consider the days as a notice pay.
Please clarify.
