i am an engg. graduate and want to persue my career in hr.i was in the admin deptt. of the university for 4 yrs.now i just left my job and searching in hr field.want to do mba in hr,so if i go for correspondence course,will it be beneficial for me,if yes then wbhich institute and if not then should i go for on campus course.i completed my engg, in 2002.please help me out.

Hi,
any MBA done in a regular college is definitely more enriching and useful than one done through correspondence.
though that does not mean that correspondence MBAs are not valuable.
if you are from TN then IGNOU, TNOU, Madras university are a good bet.
Symbiosis. Even IIM has distance education.
