It depends on the legislations which covers the organisation.
Factory Act 1948 entitles entitles 1 day for every 20 dyas.
Shops Act entitles 12 days Casual Leave, 12 Days annual Leave and 12 days Medical Leave .
The policy has to be consistent with the Standing Orders and the relevant legislations.
