Dear All,
I need your expert suggestions on following structure which my company follows. The take home of individual is calculated on Monthly gross-PF-PT-ESIC. All annual benefits are accumulated out of which Bonus is paid annually & Gratuity is paid with final settlement. Please advice if this is law-ful & what changes need to be made if it is not. Thanks in advance

Yes, its lawful. As gross salary includes Basic+HRA+Conv. All+Special All. Bonus is part of CTC payable at Diwali & Gratuity is paid only if completed 5 years as payable at the time of leaving.
