Request for Expert Suggestions on Salary Structure

I need your expert suggestions on the following structure which my company follows. The take-home of each individual is calculated based on Monthly gross - PF - PT - ESIC. All annual benefits are accumulated, out of which Bonus is paid annually and Gratuity is paid with final settlement. Please advise if this is lawful and what changes need to be made if it is not.

Yes, it's lawful. Gross salary includes Basic + HRA + Conveyance Allowance + Special Allowance. Bonus is part of CTC, payable at Diwali, and Gratuity is paid only if completed 5 years, payable at the time of leaving.
