Dear Seniors,
I really need your help, please help me out and give me the suggesion of my problem.
The problem is that, I was working in a company since last 14 months in an HR department but suddenly i'had to rush to my home due to some reason and there I got to know that comp. got closed. Now the situation is that, I don't have releaving letter, exp. letter or any necessary document which is require to prove I have work exp.
So I just wanna know will it effect my career ?
How can I prove that I do have work experience of 14 months?
I only have the offer letter of the comp.
Looking forward for your suggestions.
Thanks & regards
Avani

Dont u have ur salary slips?
If u have the salary slips of every month that will be good enough, else you should have a bank statement which will prove your employment.
But first try and contact the concerned person and ask for the relieving letter m sure they'll provide.

In this case you can show your salary slips or bank statement showing salary transfer to the new company and just explain the entire situation. Regards,

But I don't have the salary slips too. I do have bank account of the comp. but never got salary into my account, they used to pay cash to every employee.
This is the reason I m so worried about my career.
Please suggest me.
Thanks & regards

You can attempt the following

1. Eventhough the company is closed, it will take months to settle the firm, legally. So still you have some chance to contact any of the directors/investors/company secretary and request for relieving letter, income tax related documents etc
2. How do you address the Income Tax aspects, otherwise. This, any way, you need to request the company to help, right?
3. If the company is financially collapsed, they may not entertain you for settlement (they are bound to do this as per offer/statutories... but here your objective could be to get at least service letter). So tell them that you are more interested in getting properly relieved and settlement documents.
4. If none of these are possible, you can take copies of your payslips, bank statement and submit as a proof of employment to the next employer (as suggested by other seniors, here). Explain the situation with facts
5. You may give one of your senior colleagues as reference

At any cost, please never attempt to make fake documents. You may get such suggestions from peers or even from placement firms.

Apart from this, please keep in mind that you can "prove your expertise" by applying for suitable jobs, attend interviews after preparation and share 'what you know', 'what you did in previous firms' and 'what you can do' with the potential employer.

Don't worry, you are going to find a better job, very soon. Wishing you the very best

Hi Avani,
Nothing to worry. Your offer letter is enough for your new employment. Explain your new employer about the happenings. If you have any proof on the closure of the company, then it will add support to your statement.
If you have more queries, do post me...

Thanks to all for your kind support.
and thanks for wishing me luck.
I really don't wanna go for fake documents, thats why I am worried.
I hope my next employer will understand the situation & provide me a good designation because i was at a good post in my previous comp. due to my hard work & dedication.
Thanks & regards
