Thnx .. for the attchmnt, but what i was looking for xctly was a Birthday chart wherein if u put the DOB , then it automatically generates the personal traits or characteristics etc of the person ..
Actually, i wanted this chart to make some idea regrding the person's attitude etc before finalising on recruitment..
Isn't that reqd.. if u hv anythng of that type can u pls mail me the same.
