I am a HR Consultant with 30 years experience in HR in the industry covering all aspects of HR. I am experienced in HR Policy formulation and preparing manual. I have prepared India HRM hand Book for Toyota Motor Corporation, japan for the use of their expatriates posted in India which is being translated into japanese for their internal use. It is basically covers all aspects of labor law implications right from th date of joining to retirement of an employee. I have also asisted Sartorius India group in formulating their HR Policies and preparing in HR manual.
