i am sangeetha,i have finished my MBA HR with Marketing(2009 pass-out),i worked as co ordinator during my project period at Wipro, after receiving my Provisional i joined as MR( ISO Coordinator) at RSI and still working....side by side i am learning HR activities in my company... i started recruit people for my company....and now i am learning salary split up with the help of my HR Manager.... pls help me out how to calculate the ESI, PF, etc.... (Basic)...
