Hi Lalitha
How are you
&
Greetings of the day
outsourcing means sharing the work with others,
recruiting the employees and candidates for the different positions in the companies ( means clients)
procedure
finding the vacancies of your clients and finding the worth full/effective candidates who are suitable for that position.
for this you are meeting the clients through telephone/mails/personally
and your searching for the candidates through job portals/personnal references.
conducting the interviews and evaluating their performance and shortlisting the candidates according the performance.
if candidat does not have that much of required skills
give some suggestion and inform like improve your communication skills / knowldge
if you need more information or if you face any difficulties in your job
please contact me i will assist you
Have a good day

Procedure for outsourcing differs with the field you are looking to employ. You can find and employee many from guru.com . As I said, depends upon the field.
There are no additional facilities but dont forget to give salary,
