I am lookin for a format of Employee Efficiency Matrix Tool where i can give inputs based on the processes and will get output either in %, graphs or numbers.

You can employees' efficiency through KPIs/KRAs also. For this you need to have clearcut understanding of your business. Thereafter, design KPIs. Based on KPIs, design the KRAs.

Hi there,
In view of your request please note that I have not found a software that is able to measure the efficiency of process however if you use the Microsoft project management it will help it won’t be accurate but it’s a useful tool.
On the other hand I have developed a document that will help you evaluate the effectiveness of the processes and I gave a mathematical value to each function and each process within the function.
The attached document contains more than one sheet master sheet and sub sheets. Assuming you would like to evaluate the effectiveness of Human Resources functions and processes therefore I have divided HR Function in to 8 each assuming that HR Functions amount to 100% therefore (100/8 = 12.5)
Within each function it is divided in to processes there and we gave these processes value as stated above each function is (12.5) therefore the value of each process in a function assuming each function has 8 processes therefore (12.5/8 = 1.56).
The value given in the sheet are on hypothetic grounds you can change the numbers as u wish my you have the basis of calculation and u can use any set of value so long as you have the foundation & the idea.
