Hi,
Content wise looking good. But when I downloaded on to my system and opened it, I found some format issues. So please check once again the format.
Second, I feel the color combination of font and background can be improved to be more effective. Also please verify the triangle photo which has some telugu characters on its leftside.
All the best.
Thanks

Motivation Management need to focus more on leadership skills, e.g., establishing vision and goals, communicating the vision and goals, and guiding others to accomplish them. It also assert that leadership must be more facilitative, participative and empowering in how visions and goals are established and carried out. Some people assert that this really isn't a change in the management functions, rather it's re-emphasizing certain aspects of management.

Its task is to make people capable of joint performance, to make their weaknesses irrelevant, says the Management Guru Peter Drucker. It creates harmony in working together - equilibrium in thoughts and actions, goals and achievements, plans and performance, products and markets. It resolves situations of scarcity, be they in the physical, technical or human fields, through maximum utilization with the minimum available processes to achieve the goal. Lack of management causes disorder, confusion, wastage, delay, destruction and even depression. Managing men, money and materials in the best possible way, according to circumstances and environment, is the most important and essential factor for a successful management.

Dear friends
Thanks for the nice ppts and other files on Motivation. I request you to forward the ppts posted by Prof Lakshman on Motivation and Organizational Behaviour. I could not download them, as there is some problem. If any of you have already the downloaded versions, kindly send them to me.
At this juncture, I think of another possibility, linking stories from Panchatantra to Motivation theories
Thanks

Dear friend
The presentation made by seem to be good. But I feel you should some contents pertaining to SELF - MOTIVATION.
In order to get motivated one has to look inside themselves - whether what is done by them is doing is justifiable.
Every day - before going to sleep they should conduct a self analysis about them selves - to find their inner self, to bring the best out os them.
Make some thing based on the above to give it some more strength.
Thks and regards
Naveen
