The management with much regret wishes to inform you that inspite of providing all support and facilities your performance during the year 2009-10 was not satisfactory. Hence, you are not entitled for increment this year.
You are further advised to improve upon your shortcomings,( which has been communicated to you during the discussion), convert your weaknesses into strength and perform consistently good, so as to make yourself worth to get increment next year.
