Your presentation for Collective Bargaining is really appriciable. i liked it very much.
i would kindly suggest to change layout of ppt, itz nt comfortable to read so small alphabets in such a designer slide.
i hope you take my suggestion in proper spirit.

indeed a good presentation but with little flaws like the content is very elaborated, spacing prob and the background stuff... try being short and to the point. Regards.

Dear Bhatt ji,
I could go through very few slides...and it has lot of information. Just one polite request ..in slide no 6 Goal for Management Looks exaggerated also kindly avoid using the word Lay off... We never use this word in Indian HR context.
Hope you will take the suggestion in proper spirit. :)
