Hi Simhan,
If you are interested, provide a solution for the issues raised. If not please leave it as it is.
There are chances that, the above person might not have received proper info even after seraching in CiteHR.
Better we take the initiative in helping.
Warm regards

Dear Bharatraj,
I beg to differ with you strongly. The originator of the post should have searched citehr it not Google. What she expects is to have some spoon-feeding. There are scores of such posts everyday. It is utter laziness of these persons who expect some senior to come forward and throw the information in their lap.
You have failed to read the lines of Mr Simhan's message let alone reading between the lines. He has given a solution by giving reference of Paul R Bernthal. How can you tell him to provide solution?
This reminds me famous English proverb "Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime." Of this proverb whether to do former or latter is your choice Mr Bharatraj. But be aware of the consequences as well.
Not all the members expect spoon-feeding. Recently one member tried implementing PMS for workers. She did some spadework and then approached the seniors to revise her work. This is what expected from the junior members. You may refer the following thread:

Hope you understand what I meant.

Hello Simhan,
Apologies.
Overlooked at the comments of Mr. Simhan.
>>Divakar,
But spoon feeding is required for a new born baby to some extent when they are stepping into a new world where they are looking for the help first. For instance, every person requires some help when they are born, as such this case resembles the same.
Correct me if I am not wrong
