one of the employe is comming late to the office on daily basis. he even do not bother to inform before he decide about not comming to the office.
my manager is asking me to issue a letter which says'if he do not inform or come in time he will be terminated with one month notice'.
kindly send me the format and send me the procedure to follow up with such problem in the company. let me know what all i need to see before issueing such a letter or takinhg such crucial action on employee.
please help. i need it. really urgent.
